We had our whole house blinds changed recently. Michelle was outstanding. She was always responsive and always willing to go that extra step. We had one blind which needed to be changed and she was able to get it done even at the last minute. Their installation was superb. We have had no problems and we have no hesitation in recommending her and her team for the blinds.

“I am so in love with the final product. I went with Graber’s top down bottom up for my top windows and duo shades for my bottom ones. The shades have made being at home so much more bearable and pleasant (there was too much sunlight and too much heat coming in). Michelle from Elements is a super star. She was so great to work with and saw the project from consult to finish. She walked me through a bunch of different combination options (top down bottom out vs duo vs solar shades vs motorized). We even came up with some combinations given the budget I wanted to spend.”
